This package is a good introductory package to give you a taste of what coaching can offer you.

A few coaching sessions can give someone a clearer view of where they are and what is preventing them from getting where they want to be (GAP analysis). Combined with an understanding of your ELI Assessment and Debrief, it can give someone a starting point and some basic principles from which to shift.


(6 Sessions)

This package is project-focused to achieve end result within the allotted sessions.

Gain an understanding of where you are and where you want to be. You’ll understand what is getting in your way so you can develop some new ways of thinking to propel yourself onward and upward!


(12 Sessions)

This package is about shifting your way of being from the core.

It’s a longer runway sort of approach to shift into an upleveled approach to life in all aspects. We’ll dive deep into the core of identifying patterns that are no longer serving you and develop new ways of being. The struggles you once had will fade as you check off your milestones!

All coaching sessions are 50 minutes in duration and at a customized frequency that works for you (ie., once a week, once or twice a month, etc.) Each package comes with unlimited email support and accountability checks, an online digital “workbook”, and a yearly introspection review.

Post Client Session – 1 Coaching Session

This is offered to all former clients (who have completed at least one package) to get clear and back on course.

ELI Assessment and Debrief – 1 Coaching Session*

The Energy Leadership™ Index (E.L.I.) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables leaders to hold up mirrors to their perceptions, attitudes, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. The realizations that you’ll gain from the Energy Leadership assessment and debrief process alone will change the way you view your world.

As part of the Energy Leadership™ Index assessment and debrief process, you’ll learn about the 7 levels of leadership and how much energy you currently have in the catabolic-suppressing range and in the anabolic-inspirational range. You’ll be debriefed on the findings of the assessment, and coached on how to navigate yourself to higher performance.

*Debriefs are scheduled in 75-80 minute blocks.
