Welcome! I’m Molly Duteau, CPC, ELI-MP, an entrepreneur, writer, speaker and coach who is passionate about serving women who seek the adventures of living a multidimensional life; from building a fulfilling and satisfying career or business to integrating a personal life and caregiving roles.

I work with determined women who are committed in developing their best selves, to make real impact by adopting new ways of thinking and lead like never before.

UpLevel Leadership, LLC was born from my personal journey.

As a former IT Business Analyst, life got real complicated when I incorporated a husband and kids. What started out as a few ‘baby brain’ moments snowballed into a domino-effect of feeling like there was never enough time to get it all done let alone a failure at reaching expectations that seemed doable and even exciting to tackle in my former years.

I kept searching for better ways to navigate it all better; a solution to ease the struggle of it all. All the while holding on to the belief that it was possible.

After fifteen plus years, I decided to reboot; take a professional pause and figure out what wasn’t working. What I learned completely shifted my perspective of myself and my ability to lead myself and others.

Becoming a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index – Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) was a game changer. It’s the solution I’ve been seeking for so long.

Because it’s made such a difference in my life, I’m passionate about helping other women discover what it’s all about. As CEO and Founder, I partner with other Certified Professional Coaches to provide all-encompassing needs for our clients.When I’m not coaching, I support and receive daily inspiration from two active teenagers, a husband and true partner and a sweet Shiba Inu who is like the family teddy bear.
